Families in Action is committed to the well-being of all our clients. Our focus in service provision is on ease of accessibility and flexibility of offerings.
All clients who visit our office are first assessed to determine how best they can be assisted by our in-house staff. If necessary, clients may be referred to one of our consultants who share a long-standing relationship with Families in Action. For persons who may not be able to make it to FIA’s office in Port-of-Spain, or for those who may find themselves in distress during non-office hours, FIA also offers a hotline service.
